Job Description
3. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service Department
4. Ensure customer queries are handled effectively and promptly
5. Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures
6. Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback
7. Implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability
8. Liaise with other departments to ensure operations run smoothly
9. Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary
10. Prepare reports on customer service performance for senior management
The Successful Applicant
A successful Operations Manager should have:
11. Strong analytical experience.
12. Experience in a customer service role, preferably in the Media & Agency industry
13. Strong leadership and team management skills
