Our Paralegal
Will have significant exposure to the full range of corporate and commercial activities undertaken by that team and will be tasked with helping operate and maintain various internal systems and processes that underpin those activities.
Duties Are Likely To Include
* Review & negotiate routine commercial contracts including NDAs, confidentiality agreements, supply contracts etc.
* Oversee the operation of the Team Legal email inbox by fielding enquires & requests and allocating these to relevant team members.
* Coordinate the contract sign-off and signature processes.
* Assist team with preparation of ancillary documentation for transactions and group activities such as board minutes, stock transfer forms and share certificates.
* Deliver company secretarial support including statutory filings (UK and overseas entities), maintain statutory books and incorporate new companies.
* Deal with KYC requests.
* Assist with maintaining a central database of company policies and procedures.
* Attend data protection working groups for the business and assisting with a range of data protection related matters.
* Assist with the maintenance of Vita Group’s insurance policies, insurance renewal administration and ongoing disclosure to insurers of any changes to business and risk.

A talented and ambitious paralegal looking to gain quality in-house experience in a dynamic entrepreneurial business as part of their own personal career path, whether that person is looking for a new challenge, or to build on prior relevant experience.
Professional Experience
* A law degree (or other degree but with a desire to pursue a career in the law)
* Experience of working in a legal practice (whether private practice or in-house) is not essential but would be highly beneficial
