What you’ll do: Direct business analysis including the discovery of information and evidence, and the identification of problems and opportunities. Drive the analysis and collection of information across the business analysis team, ensuring the team provide recommendations and/or solutions for the organization’s processes, systems, products, and services that fit with the strategic business objectives. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of documentation for processes, workflows, and systems that describe both the “as-is” operating model and the “to be” operating model for different products and services. Analyses services and processes, identifying and implementing opportunities to optimize these. Advise on the most appropriate techniques to use for modelling and documenting current and future state for a system or service. Ensure that subject matter experts and stakeholders can review the solution options to fix any issues and reach the necessary agreement. Who you are: Educated to Degree Level. Some supply chain or service experience an advantage. Computer literate (especially in Excel and PowerPoint, Oracle and Service Max a plus). Strong deductive reasoning and problem-solving skills.
