The role is carried out within our local school, overseeing the day-to-day administration management of a small, island primary. Main duties include answering/making telephone calls, registering any absences and monitoring finances such as school accounts and general purpose funds. You will work closely with the Principal Teacher as well as the other members of the school staff to ensure the smooth, while also interacting with the children on a daily basis.
Interviews for this post will be held on 18th June .
A patient and understanding attitude is essential alongside a friendly and approachable personality. The school employs a total of 7 staff, so ability to work as part of a team is essential. The successful candidate should be comfortable working with computers and various operating systems, including Microsoft Office. The successful candidate will be required to join the PVG scheme.
