Role: Senior Care Coordinator. Location: Wokingham. Full-Time. Health & Social Care Sector. Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 per year. Contract: Permanent. Working pattern: Full-time. Date posted: 10 September 2025.
Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of Care Coordinators to deliver exceptional service.
* Oversee rota efficiency, workforce deployment, and compliance processes.
* Resolve payroll, billing, and timesheet queries with a focus on accuracy and improvement.
* Collaborate with Clinical, HR, and Operational teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
* Champion best practices in care coordination, documentation, and system use.
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
* At least 4 years’ experience in care coordination or operational roles in health/social care.
* Strong leadership and coaching skills with a collaborative mindset.
* Proven ability to manage finance-related tasks (payroll, billing, rota validation).
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
* Confidence using care management systems (e.g., One Touch) and Microsoft Office.
* A full driving licence and access to your own transport.
Desirable
* NVQ/QCF Level 3 or higher in Health & Social Care, Management, or related field.
* Experience managing or mentoring teams.
* Knowledge of CQC regulations and complex care delivery.
