Who are we?
Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace. As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove.
We are looking for a motivated Housekeeper to join our Housekeeping team.
Please note: This is a part time role working 24 hours over 3 days a week.
Responsibilities
As a Public Area Attendant, you will ensure that all guest areas and behind the scenes facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, continually surpassing our members’ and guests’ expectations. You will have an excellent eye for details, and a genuine passion for hosting. You should be confident in communicating with colleagues as well as our members and guests, and thrive on providing an exceptional guest experience.

* Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines.
* Someone who takes responsibility and initiative to explore issues and to generate new ideas with creative thinking.
* Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests.
* Excellent interpersonal, time management and organisational skills.
