Mental Health Practitioner Complex Care Residential, Yorkshire
Salary: Up to £38,907 (Full-Time) pro rata, £29,180.25 per annum depending on experience (covering 6 months Maternity leave)
Type: Permanent, Part-time (30 hours/week), Monday to Friday
Location: Covering across residential homes in West Yorkshire/Batley, Leeds, Rotherham, Bradford, and Goole.
Main duties of the job
You will provide therapeutic services to children and young people in the region by assessing their needs and supporting staff through consultation and training. Your goal is to help them develop positive relationships and achieve their full potential using therapeutic approaches such as DDP, PACE, and Therapeutic Parenting.

Job responsibilities
This role covers a 6-month maternity leave period. It involves working part-time, 30 hours per week, across various residential homes in West Yorkshire and surrounding areas. Candidate Profile
We seek an enthusiastic, motivated, and forward-thinking Mental Health Practitioner who is registered with relevant professional bodies (NMC, BACP, Social Worker England, etc.). The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, and be a strong team player.
