We are on the lookout for a proactive and methodical Quality Engineer to join our client’s team and take ownership of quality control, process improvement, and customer feedback initiatives. Key Responsibilities
* Lead investigations for internal issues, supplier defects, and customer complaints
* Manage the full lifecycle of non-conformance processes
* Drive continuous improvement using structured methodologies
* Oversee procedures to ensure swift and high-quality customer service
* Perform quality inspections and use metrology tools where needed
* Support supplier qualification and auditing to ensure compliance with quality standards
Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements
* Strong background in manufacturing quality systems and process improvement
* At least 5 years of quality experience in a precision or high-tech engineering environment
* Skilled in using CI tools
* Organised and detail-focused, with a structured approach to troubleshooting and documentation
* Comfortable interpreting customer requirements and industry regulations
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
* OR HNC/ONC in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering
* Quality-specific qualifications are advantageous
