In this role you'll play a key part in maintaining and improving the many technical interfaces that connect a core system with a variety of internal and external systems. You'll also help support our UK databases by monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimising performance.
Interface Analyst
Portsmouth – Hybrid
Up to £40,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting and enhancing a suite of critical data interfaces (e.g., CCS, Mileage Uploads, Contract Loader)
* Monitoring and optimising connector and batch performance
* Leading solution design and implementation of new data interfaces
* Working with third-party vendors and internal teams to solve integration issues
* Troubleshooting failed data loads and restarting processes as needed
* Assisting the Development DBA with database support and stability
Key Skills & Experience:
* 3+ years in a similar role
* Solid experience with APIs (REST), JSON, XML and CSV
* Experience with debugging tools (e.g., Postman, Soap UI)
* Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience with IT security, data governance, and compliance
