Responsibilities: Build key relationships with customers throughout their journey, acting as a trusted strategic advisor Through in depth understanding of customer needs, identify upsell opportunities and achieve wider commercial goals Take ownership of the onboarding process for new customers, including training Undertake quarterly or 6 monthly account management meetings with your designated customers Field inbound customer queries from your customers, proving a high level of customer service Providing customer feedback to the wider commercial and tech functions to help with product and business developments Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and progress in Hubspot CRM system.
