An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Health Records Clerk in Central. The Medical Records Clerk will be responsible for providing essential support in the ongoing care of patients, ensuring that case notes are at the right place at the right time.
The post holder will handle all aspects of the role, including pulling, filing, pruning, destruction, preparation, amalgamation, and secure transportation of case notes. Additionally, the Health Records Clerk will support the vision for the Health Records service, working towards a digital records future and supporting modernization plans.
This role requires supporting the delivery of the Health Records Operational Plan by collaborating with the Health Records Supervisors, Coordinator, or Assistant Site Manager.
Desirable: The ability to speak Welsh is advantageous; Welsh and English speakers are equally encouraged to apply.
