Job Title: BIM Manager – Specialist Finishes (Tiling & Stone) Job Summary Arena Stone & Ceramics is a specialist subcontractor delivering high-specification stone and tiling packages for Tier 1 contractors on major commercial projects in Central London. We are known for meeting strict program deadlines and technical requirements on the capital’s most iconic office developments. We are recruiting a hands-on BIM Manager to implement our designs within the BIM model, ensuring all finishes, build-ups and junctions are fully integrated and compliant with ISO 19650 standards. This role is ideally suited for someone with prior experience in the construction industry who is eager to take ownership of BIM processes, clash detection and project delivery. As a key member of the team, you will ensure our digital information is accurate and fully coordinated with all other trades.
