EQUANS is looking for a Contract Administrator to join our team based at Avondale House, Bellshill on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
As Contract Administrator, you will be part of the Scheduling Team. You will work closely with Contract Managers & Supervisors to ensure all works (PPM, reactive & quoted) are processed and dealt with in a timely manner in accordance with the contractual requirements.
What will you deliver?
1. Process PPM, reactive & quoted works
2. Liaise with Contract Managers & Supervisors to effectively investigate and resolve invoicing queries escalating issues where necessary to Management team
3. Generate invoices and issue to customers through agreed communications channels such as emails & customer CAFM systems, on a monthly basis
4. Continuously update appropriate accounting and customer CAFM systems with detailed and accurate information ensuring supporting information / evidence is in place
5. Chase appropriate parties for supporting information (subcontractor & engineers reports, subcontractor & supplier invoices) if not in place and file accordingly
6. Processing any contractual requests ensuring the system is up-to-date including renewals, terminations & variations ensuring the correct forms are submitted to support changes
7. Carry out general administrative duties in line with the departmental policies & procedures as required
8. Undertake any ad hoc duties as requested by the Management team.

Who are we looking for?
20. Previous experience within Administration is essential
21. Prior experience of CAFM systems advantageous (SAP, ELogs, Proactis, Service Channel, Coupa & Planon)
22. Good Knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel essential
23. Health & safety awareness
24. An understanding of Purchase to Pay process desirable.
