Strategic Account Manager - The Rewards

Strategic Account Manager - Responsibilities
* Retain and develop relationships with Packet / Parcel / Mail, E-commerce, and international top 5 major customers
* Build & maintain long-term customer relationships and maximize new revenue streams
* Act as the central contact for clients, field teams, and operations
* Manage customer tariffs and respond promptly to quotation requests to secure business
Strategic Account Manager - Requirements
* Strong background in International / Cross Border Express Parcels, Fulfillment, e-commerce, re-seller, or 3PL Logistics
* Proven track record in Account Management within ecommerce / logistics distribution
* Focused, reliable, hardworking individual committed to building and strengthening relationships
* Self-starter with enthusiasm and individuality
* Passionate about delivering excellent service
