Overview
Senior Social Worker within the MASH Team in Ipswich. Hourly rate of £35 to £39, ongoing, full-time hours in a hybrid setup. Three days per week in the office while making a difference in children’s lives across Suffolk.

Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough assessments and gather multi‑agency information following social care referrals.
* Make recommendations for next steps based on assessments and the Suffolk Thresholds Document.
* Work collaboratively with a range of professionals and agencies to ensure the best outcomes for children.
* Manage a varied and challenging caseload effectively.
* Maintain accurate and timely records conforming to legal and procedural requirements.
Qualifications
* A degree or equivalent in social work.
* Current registration with Social Work England.
* Extensive frontline experience as a qualified Social Worker within the UK, particularly within social services.
