Are you a motivated leader with a passion for delivering clinical excellence and an outstanding patient experience?
Compass Associates are looking for an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and clinical performance of a leading private healthcare clinic specialising in musculoskeletal and sports medicine.
This role offers the opportunity to lead a multidisciplinary clinical team, drive growth, and play a key role in shaping the patient journey within a high-performing, patient-centred environment.
As Clinic Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
* Overseeing clinical operations, ensuring exceptional patient outcomes and experience
* Leading and developing a team of clinicians and support staff
* Managing clinic performance, forecasting, and utilisation
* Ensuring full compliance with CQC and clinical governance standards
* Supporting marketing, business development, and patient engagement initiatives
* Fostering a collaborative, positive team culture aligned with company values
You’ll be the go-to person for operational excellence, balancing clinical leadership, business performance, and patient care.

We’re looking for someone who is:
* A strong communicator and natural leader
* Passionate about patient care and clinical standards
* Experienced in managing or supporting teams within private healthcare or MSK settings
* Commercially aware, organised, and proactive
* Confident working with performance data, budgets, and compliance frameworks
