Community Staff Nurse – District Nursing Service. The applicant must be a Registered Nurse, confident and competent in a wide range of clinical skills and demonstrate evidence of continuing professional development. A flexible approach to work and ability to travel between sites in a timely manner is required.
This post is fixed term/secondment for 12 months from start date to cover maternity leave. If applying for the secondment position, you must obtain permission from your current line manager prior to applying.
Responsibilities
* Provide care for patients outside the hospital environment as part of the District Nursing Service.
* Work as part of a friendly and enthusiastic team with appropriate support.
* Potentially work anywhere within the Merthyr Valley region (Merthyr and Cynon area) to meet service needs.
