We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Consulting Analyst to support the strategy, design, and execution of customer loyalty programs, in alignment with marketing technology (MarTech) capabilities and digital transformation goals. In this role, you will assist senior consultants in delivering client engagements, conducting research, analyzing customer data, and supporting MarTech platform implementation efforts.
Responsibilities:
Client Project Support
* Assist in gathering business requirements related to loyalty, CRM, and digital engagement.
* Help document customer journeys, loyalty program workflows, and campaign processes.
* Support project planning, meeting coordination, and status tracking across project phases.
Data & Insights:
* Analyze customer, campaign, and loyalty data to identify insights and improvement areas.
* Support the development of segmentation, targeting, and engagement recommendations.
* Work with data and tech teams to ensure data integrity for loyalty and marketing use case
* Assist in platform configuration, testing, and QA for loyalty-related features and campaigns.
* Help manage campaign assets and content within MarTech tools (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, HubSpot).
* Learn how customer data platforms (CDPs) and loyalty engines integrate with marketing platforms.
* Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking on loyalty programs and MarTech trends.
* Create presentations and reports to support client recommendations and internal discussions.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams including strategy, technology, design, and data analytics.
* Participate in client calls, workshops, and training sessions as required.
Qualifications:
* 0–2 years of experience in marketing consulting, digital strategy, CRM, or related fields (internships included).
* Basic understanding of customer loyalty concepts and marketing technology.
* Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with analytics tools or platforms a plus.
* Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
