We are representing a highly established contractor, looking for a Caretaker to work within social housing on an on-going contract.
What you'll do as a Caretaker:
* Work within homes and communal areas
* Damp and mould washing
* Property caretaking duties
* Basic cleaning
* Basic handyman tasks (lock changes/ xkybehq repairs, painting etc)
