About the Company

They are looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Officer to join their team. This role would suit someone who has worked in a high-volume end to end role previously.
About the Role
Utilising your payroll knowledge, within various sectors, you will be responsible for:
* Processing end to end multiple payroll cycles, efficiently and in a timely manner.
* Ensure payroll operations comply with all relevant laws and tax obligations.
* Assist in reviewing and enhancing payroll processes to improve efficiency while maintaining regulatory compliance.
* Interpret and apply payroll legislation, including Awards, agreements, Acts, contracts, and company policies, while providing clear guidance to stakeholders.
* Processing leave calculations including maternity, annual and personal leave etc.
Skills and Experience
* 5+ years\' experience in a similar role
* Experience with awards and complex EBA's
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Ability to deal with high pressure and work to tight deadlines
* Strong processing of high-volume end to end payroll experience
* Exceptional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
