This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.About the roleYou will work on creating strong, relevant, topical ‘so what’ insight, which is a foundation pillar in our Go-To-Market model. The Category Development team provide insightful, data-based recommendations, utilising Reckitt category strategy to help retailers optimise their 4P execution. While delivering the fundamentals (Shelf, Distribution and adjacencies) will always be a core focus for the team, it is critical that they build effective relationships and develop long terms strategies with key retail partners. The Category team take market leading shopper insights framed in relevant macro context, to add value to our retail partners and help them interpret the changes they need to make to optimise their category performance in the context of key trends changes in dynamics.
