About the Role - Must have the below experience:
* Experience of overseeing large scale change programmes within the Retail Banking space.
* Programme Leadership experience of leading multi workstream programmes and overseeing a programme of projects lead by the project managers.
* Savings and Loans experience would be highly desirable
* Demonstrable commercial acumen and broad business awareness to enable an understanding of how the project integrates with the rest of the business to enable delivery.
* Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and flex style appropriately to achieve the right outcomes.
* Strong Planning and change management experience within a financial services organisation.
* MUST have managed budget and strong risk and issue management.
* Experience in regulated industries, ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory standards.
* Ability to work confidently, thinking strategically and driving execution, at all levels throughout the business through strong influential stakeholder management at all levels including Directors and Board level sponsors.
* Able to think both strategically and to drive execution.
* Ability to engage with and influence executive leadership and champion consistent use of delivery frameworks, tools, and best practices across the transformation team.
* Relevant project management qualification and the ability to adapt to different project management styles and methodology, both Agile and Waterfall.
* Experience of leading diverse teams and mentoring team members to achieve their full potential.
