We use proven technology, specialist teams and domain expertise to build solid technical foundations across platforms, data, and business applications. We have a passion for using technology to solve business problems, working in partnership with our clients to help in achieving their goals. About the Role: As a Test Lead, you’ll take ownership of ensuring that every system we deliver works exactly as it should — seamlessly, reliably, and with quality built in from the start. You’ll sit at the heart of delivery, connecting analysts, architects, engineers, and business teams to turn technical solutions into trusted tools people can depend on. From defining test strategy to hands-on execution, you’ll lead the charge in making sure our enterprise platforms perform flawlessly and are ready for real-world use. This is a role for someone who enjoys getting into the detail, spotting risks before they become issues, and bringing structure and confidence to complex projects. You’ll combine technical insight with clear communication, helping teams move from development to deployment with certainty and success. As the Test Lead, you will: Lead test planning, analysis, scripting, and data preparation activities. Coordinate prerequisites and align test activities with project milestones and cutover plans. Develop and maintain detailed test scripts and scenarios based on business requirements and system workflows. Oversee testing across key modules such as cost management, project controls, document management, and workflow automation. Execute manual and automated test cases across multiple environments. Log and track defects through to resolution and provide regular status reporting to stakeholders. Support data migration testing and validation to ensure accuracy and completeness. Ensure compliance with internal standards, quality frameworks, and regulatory requirements. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned post-implementation. Requirements Proven experience as a Test Lead or Senior Test Analyst on enterprise system implementations. Hands-on experience with Oracle Primavera Unifier is essential. Background in the utilities, energy, or infrastructure sector is highly desirable. Proficiency with test management tools and familiarity with automation frameworks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
