THE ROLE
As Territory Sales Manager, you will manage and grow an established client base while driving new business within Belfast & Northern Ireland. Your responsibilities will include:
Engaging with dental and medical professionals – selling innovative implant solutions that enhance patient outcomes.
Building long-term relationships – working with dentists, practice owners, and clinical decision-makers to maximize business opportunities.
Delivering high-quality product demonstrations & consultations, ensuring clients understand the value of premium solutions.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking an experienced medical or dental sales professional who understands how to influence clinical decision-makers in a consultative, high-value sales process.
3+ years of field sales experience in medical, dental, or healthcare-related sales.
A proven track record in consultative selling, with the ability to educate and influence key stakeholders.
Hunter mentality – competitive, target-driven, and skilled at identifying and closing opportunities.
Experience in the private dental or healthcare sector is highly desirable.
Ability to work autonomously while being part of a high-performing sales team.
Prior experience in dental implants, orthodontics, capital medical equipment, or other high-value healthcare sales is a significant advantage.
