Your Role as a Graduate Learning Support Assistant: Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students, helping them with their learning and development. Assist teachers in creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment. Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and help implement tailored learning strategies. Encourage students’ confidence, social skills, and academic progress. Work closely with staff and parents to ensure the best possible support for students. Gain valuable classroom management skills and experience in a school setting. Who We’re Looking For: ✅ A graduate with a strong academic background (Degree in Education, Psychology, English, Maths, Science, or a related field preferred). ✅ A passionate and enthusiastic individual with a desire to work with young children. ✅ Experience working with children (volunteering, tutoring, mentoring, etc.) is a plus. ✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ✅ A patient, proactive, and adaptable approach to supporting students. ✅ An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
