Join The Salvation Army as a Supporter Acquisition Manager and play a pivotal role in delivering impactful recruitment campaigns that support our mission.
About the Role:
Within our Fundraising Department's Individual Giving Section (IGS), you'll collaborate with the Assistant Head of Individual Giving to grow our donor base and contribute to an annual fundraising target of £50 million in unrestricted income.
You’ll act as a direct marketing expert, leading cold recruitment campaigns, shaping new products, and acquisition streams. You’ll oversee multi-channel campaigns across online and offline media, manage a seven-figure budget, and lead a Supporter Acquisition Officer or Executive.
