Client Administrator Role Available in Financial Services

Introduction:Are you an organised and proactive professional with experience in financial services? I'm recruiting for a Client Administrator to join a forward-thinking financial planning team. This role is integral in supporting Financial Planners, Personal Assistants, and Paraplanners to deliver top-notch advice and services to clients. Role Responsibilities:

* Ownership and Execution: Manage the new business application process and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
* Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders including providers, solicitors, and accountants to facilitate business processes.
* Client Interaction: Assist in managing client communications and updates regarding business pipeline. Handle daily operational tasks such as telephone queries and mail processing.
* Documentation and Compliance: Ensure accurate documentation is maintained for clients and providers, and that all interactions comply with regulatory standards.
* Continuous Improvement: Seek out and implement process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience:

* Proven experience in a client administration role within financial services or a related advisory environment.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.
* Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with industry-standard systems like CURO (not mandatory but beneficial).
* A problem-solver mindset with the ability to work independently in a dynamic setting.

Location:Talbot Green, Pontyclun - This position offers a hybrid work arrangement after probation, providing flexibility to work both from home and in the office as needed.
