We have an exciting opportunity for you to join Fife Assessor Service as a Divisional Assessor. The role will be pivotal in driving professional training in the service as well as the Assessor Information Notices/Civil Penalties process.
The job role:
To be responsible for the efficient work allocation, co-ordination and training of technical staff undertaking property surveys and valuations throughout Fife for the purposes of compiling and maintaining the Valuation Roll and Council Tax Valuation List. Taking a lead role in the service for the survey and valuation of properties of a more specialist nature.

The Person
If you meet the essential qualification criteria outlined below, we would like to hear from you.
1. Educated to SCQF Level 9 which includes a Degree or equivalent.
2. Qualified to full professional membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS/FRICS).
3. Practical working knowledge of the legislation and case law governing Council tax and Non-Domestic Rating.
4. Ability to travel to various locations throughout Fife.
