LDN PHYSIO is growing and we're opening a brand-new clinic in South West London. We're looking for a passionate Specialist MSK Physiotherapist to join our team across Central, North, East, and South West London.
Full-time and part-time roles available.
We're especially keen to hear from clinicians with a CrossFit / HYROX background or interest, or strong S&C experience working with athletic populations.
About LDN PHYSIO
We deliver adult MSK services in a first-contact role, supporting patients via self-referrals and direct referrals from Orthopaedics, Rheumatology and Sports Clinics. We also work closely with sports clubs to develop aspiring athletes and rehabilitate sports injuries.
Beyond core MSK physio, we offer personal training, sports massage, acupuncture, and nutrition, packaged into services such as Body MOTs, Running Clinic, and tailored health & wellbeing programmes.
We're proud to run one of the UK's few specialist multidisciplinary (MDT) clinics for Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (RED-S), combining expertise from Specialist Physiotherapy, Clinical Psychology, Nutrition, and Sport & Exercise Medicine.
LDN PHYSIO: beyond our clinics
Get stuck into our events and partnerships: we're the official Physio & Recovery Partner of METRIX and FridayNightLights run club, amongst others. We also support local grassroots clubs like London Swans AFC, Leon FC, and London Beach Handball, as well as corporate clients from start-ups to bigger companies. That means a varied, energising patient population and plenty of chances to deliver on-site care, recovery activations, screenings and performance workshops.
The role – what you'll do
* Provide gold-standard assessment and clinical reasoning across complex MSK presentations, including sports injuries.
* Autonomously manage a mixed caseload (musculoskeletal, orthopaedic and general health).
* Use high-level differential diagnosis to ensure safe, efficient care and clear long-term plans.
* Communicate with empathy and adaptability across a diverse patient group and in demanding situations.
* Direct the care pathway: assessment, diagnostics, diagnosis, self-care advice and onward referral where appropriate.
* Apply IR(ME)R knowledge to advise on appropriate imaging and explain implications to patients.
* Deliver and adapt online consultations, creating clear treatment plans from a hypothesised diagnosis.
* Contribute to service development; with expansion there's potential to co-manage a clinic location.
* (According to interest) Support CrossFit/HYROX and S&C-oriented programmes, including return-to-train/competition pathways.
* Get involved in events/partnerships: race-day/competition coverage, recovery activations, club nights and workplace wellbeing sessions.

* Physically able to participate in exercise-based rehab sessions*
Desirable
* Experience in sports physiotherapy and/or coaching/S&C
* Interest or experience in CrossFit / HYROX communities
