As A Senior AI Robotics Engineer, you will be responsible for: · Designing and implementing AI-based control systems that allow robots to learn and adapt in real-time · Building core robotic software to support no-code task teaching and autonomous behavior generation · Working with perception systems (2D/3D sensors, vision models) to enable dynamic scene understanding · Developing reusable and scalable architectures for robot learning and behavior sharing across fleets · Collaborating with the founding team on system-level design, from hardware integration to AI deployment · Leading experiments and R&D initiatives, helping robots operate in unpredictable, real-world environments What You’ll Bring: · 5 years’ experience in robotics, AI software, or autonomous systems · Strong skills in Python, C++, or Rust (and knowledge of building productiongrade systems) · Deep understanding of robotics fundamentals (control systems, planning, perception, etc.) · Experience with modern AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) and MLOps workflows · Bonus: ROS2, real-time robot control, imitation/reinforcement learning, or simulation tools · A startup mindset — you enjoy solving hard problems quickly, wearing multiple hats, and building from 0→1 Why Join?
