Full support and training will be given including a 4-week structured induction programme.
Due to the location of our client, you will need to have your own transport.
You will work a 4 on 2 off rota after completion of training.
A day in the life…….
"You will communicate effectively with your team, as well as other supporting functions, such as the Transport team, and internal customers. You’ll give direct instructions for daily tasks; loading, unloading and moving pallets, conducting monthly feedback meetings with your team, and communicating across the business about issues impacting/affecting internal and external customers. When the day starts, so does your attention to safety, encouraging, supporting and challenging behaviours to deliver a safe working environment while demonstrating patience and resilience".
