Head of Finance – UK Broker Business Location: Leeds (hybrid working 3 days in office)
A leading global insurance group is seeking a strategic and commercially focused Head of Finance to join its UK Broker Business division during a transformative phase of growth.
This is a senior leadership role, sitting on the UK Executive team and responsible for the full finance business partnering function—delivering insight, driving performance, and supporting strategic decisions across a diverse portfolio.
The division is embarking on a 5-year transformation, including product line expansion and M&A activity, and this role will be instrumental in supporting business planning, investment evaluation, and executive reporting.
You’ll lead financial planning, MI delivery, and performance analysis while managing a small team and ensuring alignment with global reporting standards.
We’re looking for a qualified accountant with a background in the insurance sector, strong commercial acumen, and a collaborative leadership style.
