Dr. Martens is a globally recognisable and culturally influential British brand, with 65 years of rich heritage, rooted in craftmanship. As brand custodians, we are lucky to work for a dynamic, thriving, and ethical business, with people from diverse backgrounds, who bring their true selves to work, and where anyone can grow their career.

We are guided by three core values that are at the heart of everything we do: be yourself, act courageously, and show you care. They make us who we are and inspire us to push boundaries, embrace our individuality, and stand up for what's right.

THE GIG

We are looking for a Junior Reward Analyst to join our team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. This is an entry-level role designed for someone early in their career who is keen to build foundational experience across a broad range of reward activities.

Working closely with other members of the Reward team, you’ll play an important role in ensuring the smooth running of key reward processes. You’ll also have the opportunity to support across different specialist areas, contributing to a fair and consistent approach to reward.

This role is ideal for someone methodical, analytical, and highly organised, who is ready to learn and grow within the Reward discipline.

Key responsibilities include:

* Assist in the administration of group reward activities (salary, bonus, benefits and share schemes)
* Support the running and communication of day-to-day elements of group reward programmes and processes, including responding to queries from internal and external partners
* Provide analytical and data support on a range of reward projects and initiatives – such as compensation and benefits benchmarking, survey submissions, regulatory reporting, scenario modelling, etc

THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART

This role would suit a recent graduate, or an early-career professional looking to develop a career in Reward. You’ll need strong attention to detail, a logical and organised approach to tasks, and a willingness to get involved and learn.

The key requirements for the successful candidate are:

* Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
* Capable of researching and summarising information clearly
* High attention to detail and accuracy and confident handling confidential and sensitive data
* Proactive, organised and able to take initiative
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* Eagerness to learn and build a career in Reward
* Ability to build strong working relationships and deliver results as part of a team

At Dr. Martens, we live and breathe our 3 core values —they’re at the heart of who we are. They never stand alone but work together as a balancing act of rights and responsibilities to support how we work together at DMs. BE YOURSELF. ACT COURAGEOUSLY. SHOW YOU CARE. Our values also underpin the DM Way, our behavioural framework, which describes the 8 factors that drive success for our people.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

* Hybrid working
* Welcome to the family free pair of Docs
* 65% off all Docs
* Award-winning ‘Buy as You Earn’ Dr. Marten’s share plan
* Private healthcare
* A dedicated culture team
* 2 paid volunteer days per year
* Amazing Camden based offices with roof terrace overlooking the canal

Are you ready to fill your boots? Apply now.

At Dr. Martens, we are committed to creating an environment in which we can all be our best and bring our authentic selves to work. We encourage applications, regardless of race, colour, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, age, veteran status, or disability. Diverse and inclusive teams have a positive impact on our brand; helping us to speak authentically to our consumers.

We strive to develop a business where our people can thrive and feel empowered to express themselves. Because we believe everyone should feel supported and included whatever their role in the Dr. Martens community.
