A key part of your work will be leading and developing the team, offering clinical supervision, shaping professional standards and creating a positive environment where staff feel supported to grow and deliver their best work. You'll oversee day‑to‑day service activity, helping to prioritise workload, allocate resources and maintain smooth patient pathways. You'll also contribute to service development by using data, feedback and clinical insight to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes that enhance patient experience. Strong communication, leadership confidence and the ability to motivate others are essential, as you'll work closely with multidisciplinary partners, community teams and patients to ensure a seamless, person‑centred approach to care.
