Accounts Admin Assistant
Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to its accounts team. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, contributing to the efficient operation of the department through a variety of administrative and financial tasks.
Accounts Admin Assistant Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out general administrative tasks, including filing, managing emails, and maintaining accurate records
* Preparing and sending customer statements and payment reminders
* Posting payments and receipts using Sage 50 accounting software
* Assisting the accounts team with routine administrative support
* Reviewing and accurately processing financial and client-related information
Accounts Admin Assistant Candidate Requirements:
1. A minimum of 2 years' experience in office administration
2. Proficiency in Sage 50 accounting software
3. Previous experience in freight forwarding (preferred but not essential)
4. Strong organizational and communication skills, with a professional telephone manner
