? Hours: Full Time, Permanent
?? Salary: £30,000 - £44,000
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver creative, engaging lessons to classes of just 7-10 students
* Inspire learners who may have struggled in mainstream education to love learning again
* Build strong, trusting relationships that help transform attitudes and outcomes
* Use positive behaviour strategies to create a safe, supportive classroom
* Work closely with colleagues, families and support staff to champion every learner
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
* Experience teaching KS3 or KS4 in any subject area
* A genuine passion for working with young people who need extra support
* Resilience, empathy, and the creativity to adapt to individual needs
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
