Job Description
1. Provide legal advice and guidance on property management legal matters.
2. Handle landlord-tenant law issues and ensure compliance with regulations.
3. Review, draft, and negotiate real estate contracts and agreements.
4. Advise on affordable housing compliance and related legal requirements.
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address legal concerns.
6. Manage legal risks and provide solutions to mitigate potential issues.
7. Support litigation and dispute resolution processes as needed.
8. Stay current with changes in real estate and housing laws.
