We have a Sales Order Administrator role available within TATA Steel’s Shotton works. The department specialises in roofing and cladding solutions to a range of customers. This role is ideal for someone with strong IT literacy skills and is proactive, a clear communicator and holds good attention to detail.
Role: Sales Order Administrator
Location: TATA Steel, Shotton Works, Deeside CH5 2NH
Rate: £24,000
Contract length: 6 months - 33 days holiday
Shift Patterns: 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Thursday, 08:30am - 4pm friday 37.5h - 5 days a week, (3 days on site Mondays and Fridays can work from home) First 4 weeks would need be on site for training
Start: ASAP (within 1-2 weeks)
Responsibilities:

Mainly data entry, someone who has good eye for detail Accuracy

Team player would be essential
*
SAP experience would be a plus but not desired - will be moving to SAP

Someone very admin focused
*
Fast learner is needed, training will be provided
Essential requirements:

Good IT literacy especially with MS Office
*
Previous experience within an office environment
*
Strong verbal and written communication skills
*
Clear and concise telephone manner
*
Ability to work on own initiative
*
Great eye for detail
*
Previous data/order entry experience (low and high volume)
Desirable requirements:

Driving licence and use of a car
*
SAP experience
