Salary
Deputy - £32,000 - £34,600
SRCW - £27,500 - £28,500
RCW - £23,700 - £25,700
Basic salary depends on experience and qualifications. We also offer a competitive sleep-in rate.

Job Description
1. Primary
1.1 To establish, maintain, and develop the environment of the home to provide young people with a calm, relaxed, and secure living experience conducive to emotional security and personal growth.
1.2 To become fully familiar with the company's philosophy and policies.
1.3 To be involved in planning and participating in recreational and social programmes, engaging individuals and groups in constructive leisure pursuits.
1.4 To respect and maintain confidentiality in all work aspects.
1. Young People
2.1 To build good relationships with young people based on trust, understanding, and mutual respect, setting a positive example.
2.2 To encourage young people to maintain socially acceptable behaviour standards.
2.3 To provide guidance and counselling of a personal and social nature.
2.4 To supervise young people safely and exercise adequate control.
2.5 To act as Key Worker, managing casework, report writing, and care plans.

6.1 To monitor and improve relationships within the home.
6.2 To maintain comprehensive casework records for your assigned young people.
1. General Duties
7.1 To perform other tasks as requested by management.
7.2 To transport young people as required.
7.3 To perform sleeping-in duties as needed.
