This is your opportunity to manage a team providing life-changing, trauma-informed support for women and children in the refuges and out in the community. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A FIXED TERM CONTRACT TO MARCH 2026 (approx. 9 months), but could go on for longer. The important bits: Job Title: Support Service Coordinator Location: Ebbw Vale - Blaenau Gwent area Salary: £29,000 per year ⏳ Contract: Fixed term Hours: 35 per week (some evening/weekend work required) - 9am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday Your Role as a Refuge Service Coordinator: ✔️ Lead & inspire a team delivering frontline support in Blaenau Gwent. ✔️ Ensure women and children in refuge receive life-changing support - while also supporting the Community Support Team. ✔️ Oversee safeguarding, risk management, and case management. ✔️ Work closely with external agencies to enhance service delivery. ✔️ Manage compliance, funding reports, and quality standards.
