Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Principal Partner Development Manager based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to support our strategic partners in their AWS partnership journey.
Key job responsibilities
1. Develop deep and trusted relationships with CxOs and leadership of selected market-making System Integration Partners in Saudi Arabia by understanding their challenges, goals, and long-term vision.
2. Develop and execute business plans with these strategic partners to accelerate AWS adoption in the region.
3. Engage closely with key partners to help develop their AWS practices and market offerings to accelerate customer business value realization from AWS.
4. Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader, sharing industry insights, best practices, and strategic guidance to empower partners.
5. Collaborate cross-functionally with AWS sales, marketing, product, and operational teams to develop tailored transformation roadmaps and execute partner engagements.
6. Prepare and present business reviews to senior leadership, communicating market realities, partner needs, and strategic recommendations.
7. Manage C-level relationships with key partners.
8. Drive AWS relationships and business practices across stakeholders from CxOs to technical practitioners.
9. Lead by example through requisite technical and commercial training to inspire partners and staff.
10. Engage confidently across levels and personas within partner accounts.

- 10+ years of experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
- Experience influencing organizational leadership decisions through strategy development.
- Background as a founder, executive, practice leader, or business unit owner in related segments.
- Experience selling to Fortune 1000 or Global 2000 organizations.
