What you’ll be doing:
Supporting users with first and second line technical queries
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues (PC, Mac, AV, printers)
Setting up new starters and managing equipment lifecycle
Helping keep systems up to date and secure
Delivering top-notch support with a friendly, can-do attitude
What we’re looking for:
Excellent communication skills – friendly, clear, and confident
A passion for tech and helping people
Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and grow in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Windows 10/11
Bonus: Any exposure to Mac OS or tech troubleshooting
Bonus: Retail, Customer Service experience
