Salary: £24,000 - 64,000 per year Requirements: Proven experience in a Senior Data Scientist or similar role, ideally within a SaaS or data-driven environment Strong hands-on expertise in data science tools and techniques (e.g. Python, machine learning, statistical modelling) Experience delivering data-driven solutions with measurable commercial impact Exposure to or experience with Elastic (Elasticsearch) is highly desirable Demonstrated experience managing or mentoring junior team members Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across multiple functions Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive, commercially focused approach Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of data science solutions that deliver tangible commercial value Work hands-on (on the tools) across the full data science lifecycle, from exploration to production Shape and contribute to the companys evolving data strategy Manage and mentor a team of two Data Scientists Promote best practices in data science, including experimentation, model validation, and reproducibility Communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Technologies: ElasticSearch Machine Learning Python Marketing More: At BiP Solutions, we are a SaaS business where data is at the core of everything we do.
