The Role: This is a highly visible, hands-on position where you’ll work closely with manufacturing, engineering and operational teams to drive quality standards across the site. Driving continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes

~ Supporting process improvement and quality performance metrics
~ Championing a strong quality-first culture across the business
We’re looking for an experienced manufacturing Quality Engineer who enjoys being close to the shop floor and making tangible improvements.
Proven experience within a manufacturing or production environment
Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis experience
Knowledge of quality tools such as CAPA, 8D, FMEA, PPAP or SPC
