Responsibilities:
* You will support the Store Management to inspire and coach the team
* Lead by example to deliver excellence.
* KPI driven and commercially aware of the business performance
* Embrace high standards of visual excellence
* Create customer loyalty and stay connected
* Support, respect, and coach your fellow crocodiles
* Assure the performance of the store as well as customer satisfaction
* Promote the culture and values of the company within the team

Profile
A successful candidate will have:
* Experience in a similar role, within the Fashion/Luxury sector
* Dynamic approach, like to work in a team
* Leadership skills
* Performance and results:oriented

* Honest with a can:do attitude
* Patience, with the desire to help others
* Knowledge of one or more foreign language(s) is a plus for this position
