Key responsibilities consist of:
Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely fulfilment
Handle inquiries, provide product information, and resolve customer issues
Assist in creating and sending price quotes and proposals
Conduct data analysis, generate reports, and track key performance metrics to support decision-making
Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues and provide timely feedback to ensure the highest level of service
Work with suppliers and shipping teams to track and manage deliveries
Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and order details in CRM systems
Support account managers with administrative tasks and follow-ups
Collaborate with warehouse teams to monitor inventory levels
Assist in processing invoices and verifying payment details
Work closely with the sales team to manage daily tasks, ensuring all systems are updated, and support the seamless running of the sales operations
Identify opportunities to streamline sales operations and improve efficienc
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles, preferably in an industrial or trade-related industry
Familiarity with order processing, invoicing, and CRM systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist customers and support the sales team
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business software
Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, or inventory management is a plus
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and documentation
