Our client operates a large, expanding factory employing over 700 people across the UK. We are currently seeking motivated Manufacturing Operatives to join their dynamic team. Your Role as a Production Operative As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in assembling high-quality components using power tools and technical drawings. You’ll also operate machinery and assist in the production process. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who enjoys practical work and takes pride in precision and efficiency. Shift Pattern * Monday – Thursday: 14:00 – 22:00 * Friday: 11:00 – 16:00 * 37 hours per week * Early finish every Friday!
