About the Role
The Education/Practice Development & Research Administrator will work as an integral part of the Education/Practice Development & Research department and will have responsibility for the provision of full administrative support to the team and other staff/departments across the Hospice as required.
This is a part-time position, working 20 hours per week over four days. The post holder will be expected to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service.
About You
You will have a wide range of responsibilities in this role ensuring an effective, efficient and comprehensive administrative support is provided at all times.
In addition to having relevant qualifications and appropriate experience the successful candidate will require excellent interpersonal skills, a high degree of written and verbal accuracy and the ability to effectively work as part of a small diverse team ensuring operational deadlines are met.
The post is subject to a Level 1 check by Disclosure Scotland.
All new employees will be subject to a probationary period of 6 months, during which performance and suitability for the role will be assessed.
