PSM Recruitment Ltd is seeking a part-time Accounts Assistant to work for a Logistics company on the outskirts of Dover.
The successful applicant will need to have excellent data entry skills, be accurate and have good computer skills.
Duties Include:
* Processing inbound post
* Recording transport references on delivery documents
* Requesting delivery documentation from suppliers to support sales invoicing and credit control functions
* Liaising with the purchase ledger team and logistics department to ensure proof of deliveries is obtained where required
* Scanning and recording delivery documentation to the freight management system
* Providing proof of deliveries to customers according to their specific requirements
* Maintaining a log of the proof of delivery process
* Dealing with client queries
Hours are 9 am - 5.30 pm, 3 days per week
