Grill Chef – Burger Van We are looking for an experienced and reliable Grill Chef to run our busy burger van. Key Responsibilities: Cooking burgers and other menu items to a consistently high standard Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment Following recipes, cooking procedures, and portion specifications accurately Managing food preparation and stock control Placing orders and monitoring inventory levels Maintaining food safety records and documentation Ensuring the van and work areas are kept clean, organised, and compliant with hygiene standards Supporting smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining excellent food quality Requirements: Previous grill chef or burger chef experience preferred Ability to work well under pressure in a busy service environment Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety procedures Good organisational and stock management skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays If you are passionate about quality food, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in maintaining high standards, we would love to hear from you.
